Dr. JAW Orthodontists offers treatment options that are customized to fit your individual needs. While braces are a tried and true way to align your teeth and bite and have been around for quite a while, the treatment has been refined and gone high-tech thanks to all sorts of innovations in the field. By investing in these latest technological advances, we ensure our patients receive the most effective care possible.
TRADITIONAL METAL BRACES
At Dr. JAW Orthodontists, we use In-Ovation® R metal braces, which are smaller, more attractive self-ligating braces. These are smaller and more aesthetic than traditional metal braces. Instead of ties or elastics, the system utilizes free-sliding technology to guide teeth gently into place with little to no pressure. In-Ovation® self-ligating metal braces work more quickly than standard braces and without the associated discomfort. They’re easy to clean, and the rounded edges contribute to more comfortable treatment. With these braces, you have the option of adding colored elastics (rubber bands) for a more unique and colorful smile.
For patients that want a more aesthetic option, we offer state-of-the-art In-Ovation® C ceramic braces. They’re crafted from a translucent material, making them much less noticeable. They work in the same way as their metal counterparts by utilizing free-sliding technology to shift teeth gently into place without elastics or metal ties. There’s little to no pressure on your teeth and you can achieve your new smile in less time than you would with traditional braces.
INCOGNITO™ HIDDEN (LINGUAL) BRACES
For patients that prefer a more discreet approach to orthodontic treatment, our Incognito braces provide a good option. These are lingual braces, which means that they are placed on the back side your teeth, completely hidden. These fixed braces are 100% customized to fit your teeth and offer an aesthetic alternative to traditional braces. With lingual braces you get efficient, effective tooth movement and great aesthetics.
Invisalign is an innovative way to straighten teeth using a series of clear, custom-made, plastic aligners that are virtually invisible. You change your aligners approximately every two weeks as your teeth move incrementally with each new set. When you’ve made your way through the entire series, you’ll reveal a healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. JAW Orthodontists have earned the distinction as an Elite Preferred Provider of Invisalign since 2007. Dr. JAW Orthodontists can help you discover if Invisalign is the right treatment option for you.
